A clear and honest guide explaining how Haramain Connect works, how services are carried out in Makkah and Madinah, and what proof customers can expect.
It’s a very natural question to ask.
When you’re trusting someone to carry out an act of worship on your behalf, whether it’s Sadaqah, Damm, Fidyah, Kaffarah, or Umrah, you want to feel comfortable and confident in that decision.
If you’ve come across Haramain Connect and are unsure, here’s a simple and honest explanation to help you understand how it works.
What Haramain Connect Does
Haramain Connect helps people arrange acts of charity and fulfil certain Islamic obligations in Makkah and Madinah.
Our services include:
- Damm Makkah (Dam Umrah)
- Fidyah and Kaffarah
- Sadaqah, including wheelchairs, water, dates and more
- Umrah Badal on behalf of a loved one
For many people, it is simply a way of doing something meaningful in the Haramain when they cannot be there themselves.
How the Process Works
- You place your request online.
- Our team on the ground carries it out in Makkah or Madinah.
- You receive confirmation afterwards.
Where possible, this includes a video and a certificate — something you can keep for your own peace of mind.
About Proof and Transparency
A common concern is: “How do I know this has actually been done?”
That’s completely understandable.
For many services, Haramain Connect provides proof in the following ways:
- Wheelchairs and Qurans: Individual videos are provided with your given name mentioned, along with a certificate.
- Umrah Badal: Three videos are provided — one from Meeqat, one during Tawaf, and one during Sa’i.
- Dates, Prayer Mats, Feeding Pilgrims, Kaffarah and Fidyah: These services are carried out collectively, and videos are shared on our social media platforms.
During busy periods such as Ramadhan, it may take a little longer to receive your video, but the service itself is carried out within the expected timeframe.
The aim is to give you reassurance — not just words, but something you can see and trust.
Questions You Might Have
Are you based in Saudi Arabia?
Our support team is based in the UK and is here to assist you with any queries.
At the same time, we have a dedicated team on the ground in Makkah and Madinah who carry out the services. These are performed in line with the guidelines and requirements set by the Haramain authorities.
How will I know my request is completed?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your request is placed.
Within approximately 7–10 working days, you will receive proof of completion in the form of a video and/or certificate. This will be sent to you via your WhatsApp number or email, depending on your preference.
Why can videos sometimes be delayed?
During peak times such as Ramadhan and Hajj, there is a high number of requests. Services are still carried out, but sending individual videos can take a little longer.
Are the services done properly?
Yes, all services are carried out with care and in accordance with Islamic requirements, while also adhering to the guidelines set by the Haramain authorities.
What does the price include?
The price covers more than the item or service itself. It includes the care, coordination and practical steps needed to carry out your request properly in the Haramain.
This may include:
- Arranging the item or service in Makkah or Madinah
- Logistics and delivery within the Haramain area
- Support from trusted individuals on the ground, including students of Islamic studies, where appropriate
- Video proof or certificate, where applicable
- Customer support, order processing and secure online systems
Everything is arranged so you can fulfil your intention with ease, even if you are far away.
A Simple Way to Do Something Good
For many people, Haramain Connect is simply a practical way to do something good.
Not everyone can travel, but they still want to:
- Give Sadaqah in a meaningful place
- Fulfil an obligation
- Do something on behalf of someone they love
This makes it possible in an organised and manageable way.
A Gentle Note
It’s always wise to be thoughtful when giving online, especially when it comes to acts of worship.
Take your time, read through the process, and move forward in a way that feels right to you.
Many people begin with a small step, and from there, build their confidence naturally.
If You’re Considering It
If you do decide to go ahead, you can start with something simple and see how the process works for yourself.
The intention behind the act is what matters most, and every sincere effort is seen and rewarded by Allah.
