Multiply Your Rewards in the Cities of Mercy
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Whoever provides food for a fasting person to break their fast will receive the same reward as that person—without any reduction in their reward.”
— (Tirmidhi)
In the sacred cities of Makkah and Madinah, every good deed is amplified—and so is every act of generosity.
With Haramain Connect, you have the opportunity to offer Iftaar meals to fasting individuals—pilgrims and residents alike—within the boundaries of the Haramain. Each meal not only brings relief and nourishment but also becomes a source of Sadaqah Jariyah and immense rewards for you and your loved ones.
When Do We Serve?
We facilitate Iftaar meals on the most spiritually significant days throughout the Islamic calendar, including:
-
Throughout Ramadan
The most sacred time of the year, when Allah’s mercy overflows and rewards are multiplied. We serve Iftaar daily across both Harams. -
Mondays and Thursdays
The Prophet ﷺ fasted regularly on these days, as deeds are presented to Allah during them. -
The White Days (13th, 14th, 15th of every Hijri month)
Fasting these days earns the reward of fasting an entire month. -
9th, 10th, and 11th of Muharram (Ashura)
A virtuous time when fasting brings forgiveness for the previous year’s sins. -
Six Days of Shawwal
Fasting six days after Ramadan equals the reward of fasting a full year. -
Day of Arafah (9th of Dhul-Hijjah)
A day of unmatched reward, expiating sins of the past and future years.
