What services do you offer?
We facilitate a range of Sadaqah Jariyah services in the blessed Haramain, including:
How long does it take to complete an order?
Most services are completed within:
- Wheelchairs and Qur’ans: 4–7 days
- All other services: 2–5 days
- Umrah Badal: 3–5 days (under normal circumstances)
- Qurbani: Within 48 hours, Insha’Allah
During busy periods such as Ramadan and Hajj, there may be slight delays. However, we always aim to complete requests as soon as possible, Insha’Allah.
Will I receive proof of completion?
Yes, Alhamdulillah. We provide:
- Certificates for all services
- Individual personalised videos for:
- Qur’an placements of 5 or more
- Wheelchairs
- Umrah Badal
- Qurbani
- Combined videos for high-volume distributions (e.g. single Qur’ans, water, dates, and similar services) are shared via WhatsApp broadcasts and social media platforms regularly.
Why don’t I receive an individual video for every Qur’an?
Due to the high number of Qur’an placements, individual videos are only provided for 5 or more mushafs.
Single Qur’ans are placed as part of a combined distribution, and a general video is shared instead upon request.
Can names be written on wheelchairs or Qur’ans?
Wheelchairs:
Yes, Insha’Allah — where possible, names can be written upon request. However, this is not always guaranteed, and the team will update you accordingly.
Qur’ans:
No. Due to regulations within the Haramain and to preserve the sanctity of the Mushaf, we do not write personal names or inscriptions.
Can you record a specific du‘a for me?
Yes, where possible.
However, during Hajj and other peak periods, filming may be restricted or delayed. In such cases, du‘a videos will be sent after the period ends, Insha’Allah.
Why is there sometimes a delay in receiving videos?
During busy periods such as Hajj and Ramadan, the team prioritises fulfilling each amanah on the ground.
Filming may be restricted or limited, but all pending videos are shared as soon as possible once available, Insha’Allah.
Do you have a physical address in Makkah or Madinah?
We do have operational bases for logistics and coordination.
However, we do not accept walk-ins or payments on the ground. This ensures all requests are handled transparently and properly tracked through our system.
Can I place an order directly with your team in Saudi?
All requests must be placed through our website.
Even if you meet a team member on the ground, you will be directed online to ensure proper tracking and fulfilment.
What happens after I place an order?
Your request is assigned to our on-ground team and fulfilled within the relevant timeframe.
Once completed, you will receive your update and proof (certificate/video) via WhatsApp.
If WhatsApp is not available, we will contact you via email, Insha’Allah.
Can I request a specific location (Makkah or Madinah)?
Yes, where applicable.
We will always try our best to accommodate your preference, depending on logistics and availability.
What is Sadaqah Jariyah?
Sadaqah Jariyah is a continuous charity that provides ongoing benefit — such as Qur’ans or wheelchairs — allowing you to earn reward even after it has been given.
Can I gift on behalf of someone else?
Yes, absolutely.
You can include names and intentions, and we will carry out the request on your behalf, Insha’Allah.
What if I made a mistake in my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp for the quickest response.
If your request has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to amend it.
