Refund Policy

At Haramain Connect, we strive to provide our services with sincerity, transparency, and care. Each request we receive is treated as an amaanah (trust), and our team in the holy lands begins fulfilling it with responsibility and respect.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Non-Refundable Services (After Fulfilment)

Once a service has been fulfilled and carried out — such as gifting a Quran, arranging a wheelchair, or performing Umrah Badal — it cannot be refunded under any circumstance. These are acts carried out on your behalf, often in the sacred lands, and cannot be reversed.


2. Cancellations (Before Fulfilment)

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If your service has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund. Once the service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.


3. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order or selected the wrong service, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and either adjust the service or issue a refund, if eligible.


4. Failed or Unfulfilled Services

In the rare event that we are unable to carry out your requested service due to logistical, safety, or legal reasons, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered with your consent.


5. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
