1. Who We Are

Haramain Connect is a private service-based platform established to help Muslims around the world fulfil spiritual and charitable services in the sacred cities of Makkah and Madinah.
We are not a charity. We do not claim or operate under any registered charity status. We act purely as a facilitator, connecting your contributions with verified on-ground service providers to help deliver your acts of worship or giving in a transparent, Shariah-compliant, and responsible manner.


2. Services Offered

We facilitate a variety of spiritually rewarding services in the Haramain, including but not limited to:

  • Gift a Qur’an
  • Gift a Wheelchair
  • Umrah Badal
  • Qurbani and Aqeeqah
  • Water and Date Distribution
  • Fidyah and Kaffarah
  • General Sadaqah services

All services are carried out on your behalf, and you will receive confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or other provided means (such as certificates or visual proof) depending on the nature of the service.


3. Service Timelines

We aim to fulfil all services within the indicated timelines mentioned on the product or service pages. In case of any unavoidable delays (such as peak Hajj/Umrah periods, supplier limitations, or logistical challenges), we will notify you promptly.


4. Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on the website are available in multiple currencies including GBP (£), USD ($), and SAR (﷼). You may select your preferred currency when browsing or checking out.

The listed pricing covers:

  • Procurement and logistics of your selected service
  • Local operational and fulfilment costs
  • Digital or physical proof (where applicable)

We do not charge VAT as we are not VAT registered. All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Currency exchange rates may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



5. Refund Policy

Once a service is booked and payment is made, we are unable to offer refunds, unless:

  • We are unable to fulfil the service for reasons within our control.
  • You have made a duplicate or incorrect payment (with valid proof and subject to our review).

Each request will be handled with compassion and discretion, but services already fulfilled or in process are non-refundable.


6. Proof of Fulfilment

Most services include a form of visual proof, such as:

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Photo or Video Evidence (where applicable)

However, due to the nature of some services (e.g., mass water or date distributions in crowded areas), we may not be able to provide individualised media for every transaction. In such cases, general updates may be shared via our social media platforms or WhatsApp status.


7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, up to date, and trustworthy. However, Haramain Connect shall not be held liable for:

  • Minor delays in fulfilment timelines
  • Variations in packaging, suppliers, or seasonal availability
  • Changes imposed by local authorities or access restrictions in the Haramain


8. Religious Compliance

All services are carried out in line with mainstream Islamic rulings and under the guidance of trusted local scholars or representatives. Haramain Connect does not issue religious verdicts and advises all customers to consult their scholars for personal religious questions.


9. Limitation of Liability

Haramain Connect shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of our services. Our role is to facilitate services with care, honesty, and professionalism—but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer to ensure compatibility with their religious or personal expectations.


10. Privacy and Data Security

All user data (name, email, address, order details) is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for service fulfilment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
