Fidyah – For Those Unable to Fast

Fidyah is a form of compensation prescribed for those who cannot fast during Ramadan due to a valid reason—such as chronic illness, old age, or other long-term conditions—and who will not be able to make up the fasts later.

Instead of fasting, Shariah allows such individuals to feed the needy for every missed day of fasting.

What Does My Fidyah Cover?

• £6 per missed fast
• Provides 2 meals (lunch and dinner) to a needy individual
• Meals are freshly prepared and delivered in Makkah and Madinah
• You may contribute for multiple fasts as a custom amount (£6 × days missed)

How Do I Know It’s Been Fulfilled?

After placing your Fidyah:

• You’ll receive confirmation of your order
• Once completed, we will provide updates and visual proof (where possible)
• Your obligation is Islamically fulfilled, with complete transparency and accountability
